When asked why they dance, traditional dancers often have similar answers. Connection with their ancestors, connection with the community, honoring their family, and honoring themselves.

I really enjoyed painting the embroidery, it was so intricate and time consuming in the best way. Just another one of those "what was I thinking" moments ! ! !
